I would choose to participate in a campaign that allows healthcare professionals to share their idea and knowledge regarding digital transformation in the healthcare field. Before engaging in the healthcare campaign, I would first build my profile to not only show my interests and study area but also be attractive to my audience. It is like creating a resume or the home page of a blog, which introduces me to the audience and encourages conversations to start. After that, I would go networking with my audience, who are the healthcare professionals in this campaign, and I am selectively choosing my audience based on their fields. The group of healthcare professionals consists of various people working for different aspects, but they share the common ground of facilitating healthcare delivery through health information technology. The purpose of engaging in a campaign is to meet and network with other people in the same field but have different focus areas. I would actively reach out and participate in communications during the social media campaign. To leverage the PLN, I expand my network during the campaign and maintain relationships after the campaign. I would allow my audience to exchange contact information and create group chats so that everyone can maintain communications in their daily life.
