Online public communications indeed play important roles during the COVID-19 pandemic when everyone is isolated physically. Besides its’ benefits in schools and workplaces, it also allows people to have small talks when they feel isolated because of the COVID-19 restrictions. Through public communications, people may interact with someone who has the same thought and obtain a sense of belonging.
